Ronald Reagan was president from January 20, 1981 – January 20, 1989.  During this time Silver Stalone starred in multiple Rambo movies, including the original Rambo movie in 1982.  Although the body is Silvester Stallone's body, the head belongs to Ronald Reagan.  This is supposed to depict Ronald Reagan as strong and determined by using pop culture references. Thus, we have RONBO!
